Refund Policy
All ad transactions are complete. If a customer is dissatisfied with their advertisement due to misspellings by GradAd; when requesting us to design your ad, then the customer has the right to request full refund of our school service fee. This is a yearbook fundraiser and refunds are based on the service contract fee between GradAd and the school. GradAd does not edit any copy that is submitted unless there is profanity, copyright infringement or any libel text. Please google copyright laws and review. We will contact the customer if this edit process occurs.
No refund is available if a customer purchased an ad through our website portal and mispelled any text in the ad they purchased. The ad will be printed the way they typed and submitted.
Return Policy
GradAd will return all hard copy photographs that were mailed to us. The yearbook advisor of the school is responsible to return all hard copy photos to the parent/student of the ad. This may be done at yearbook distribution. GradAd will put all hard copies in envelopes with a label on the envelope with the students name, parent name and address for easy distribution or mailing.
Cancellation Policy
If the advertisement has not been submitted to the yearbook publisher by the high school yearbook staff, the parent may request cancellation of the order and a full refund.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
All advertisements will be created on CD and submitted to the yearbook advisor. It's the yearbook adviser's responsibility to make sure the ads are submitted to the yearbook publisher for printing. All hard copy photos will be delivered back to the school prior to the yearbook distribution. Please check with the yearbook advisor to find out when the yearbooks and or hard copy photos will be returned.
